A Village of Endicott man is accused of illegally collecting unemployment benefits. 31-year-old Christopher Moore of Robble Avenue collected over $5,300 in benefits between April and July of 2011 when he was not legally entitled to receive the benefits, according to police. Moore was charged on Wednesday with a felony count of third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and released on his own recognizance.
