A Johnson City man is indicted in connection with the murder of his neighbor in Broome County Court. 43-year-old Christopher Davis, faces charges of murder in the first degree, two counts of murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree. Police were called July 8 to 36 Brown St. in Johnson City. There, they found 50-year-old Patricia LaCaprara dead in her home. The Broome County Coroner says LaCaprara died as a result of traumatic head injuries. Johnson City and Binghamton police performed the investigation.
