Two local teens were arrested after they allegedly used a stolen credit card. Members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Shamika Dommes of Endicott and 17-year-old Raheim Islar of Johnson City. According to police, the pair used the stolen credit card at businesses in the Town of Union as well as Vestal. Deputies originally had taken Dommes into custody on August 29th, and took Islar into custody on Wednesday. Both were charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Islar is also facing felony forgery charges. They were released pending further court action in both Union and Vestal.
