Two local men have been arrested after stealing items from several cars in Endwell. 25-year-old Duncan Kent of Vestal and 24-year-old Andrew Novak of Endicott are currently facing petit larceny charges. State Police arrested the two men on Tuesday for allegedly breaking into cars throughout the community. Police were alerted when a neighbor noticed two men trying to open car doors. Anyone in the Endwell area is encouraged to make sure no items have been missing from their vehicles. Police did seize a variety of items during the arrest.
