Four middle school students face charges following a hazing incident in Tioga County. Waverly police say the boys took part in a recent hazing incident on Waverly Middle School property involving eight victims. A 15-year-old and a 13-year-old have both been charged with multiple counts of forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment. Another 13-year-old and a 12-year-old both face multiple counts of unlawful imprisonment. All four students were issued appearance tickets for family court. Police did not elaborate on specifics of the hazing.
