A 16-year-old from Plymouth has been accused of driving under the influence with a three-year-old in the car. The teen was arrested in the Town of Oxford and charged under Leandra’s Law. Officials say the teen drove through a road safety check without stopping. According to deputies, the driver was intoxicated. The teen was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
