A couple in the Town of Norwich is facing felony charges after allegations of welfare fraud. 55-year-old Gregory Huzinec and 52-year-old Donna Huzinec were charged Monday with third-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. They are accused of receiving over $13,000 in assistance they weren’t entitled to between October 2008 and April of this year.
