The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for more information about a man who reportedly handed out fliers looking to meet 13 Caucasian women to become his wives. A call came into the department last month regarding a suspicious man handing out the fliers in Newfield, and complaints have also been made in Ithaca. The fliers say the man is looking for the wives and then plans to move to Europe, or specifically Russia.
