Members of the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department said they are trying to find 28-year-old Devon Williams. On the morning of October 4th, Williams and three others broke into a town of Cortlandville home. The woman living in the home was stabbed and robbed of cell phones and $3,000 in cash. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. Three of the suspects were arrested and charged, but Williams fled and is still at large, said deputies.
