Two Endicott men and a teenager were arrested on Saturday after they approached a parked taxi, armed with what appeared to be a handgun. A Yellow Cab driver was parked near the Town and Country Apartments in Binghamton, and when the men approached him he sped off, and alerted police. Police responded and found 19-year-old Jarrell Austin, 24-year-old Rayquan Washington, and a fifteen year old. All men were arrested, and Austin and Washington are facing charges of second-degree attempted robbery.
