There was a large narcotics bust in the Village of Endicott. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force seized hundreds of bags of cocaine in a raid on Adams Avenue Thursday. Police arrested 29-year-old Alexis Howell, after she was found to be in possession of more than 500 bags of heroin, 12 knotted wraps containing crack cocaine and nearly $1,300. Howell has been charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two of which are felonies. She is being held at the Broome County Sheriff’s Correction Facility without bail.
