The Tompkins County District Attorney is now saying that the woman found dead on a road in Dryden apparently fell from a moving car. 31-year-old Crystal Bevier-Grobelney was found dead on November 10th along West Dryden Road. Her boyfriend, Arthur Basso, has since been charged with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it. Basso had told investigators that Grobelney jumped out of the car on her own. He claims to have looked for her, but says he was unable to find her body. He had also told police that the couple had celebrated their one-year anniversary the night before the accident.
