Oltz suffers from dementia and hearing loss, and she may require medical attention. She is described as a white female, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a medium build and blue eyes with gray hair. She may be driving a gray 2007 Buick Rendezvous SUV. Anyone with information on Oltz’s whereabouts is asked to call the police at 775-1241.
