An autopsy has been released on the suspect wanted in two separate burglaries at Mayhood’s Sporting Goods store. New York State Police say hypothermia killed 29-year-old Christopher Gonzalez. Drugs were also found in his system. Police are ruling his death accidental. State police said the body of Gonzalez was found in a wooded area off of Guinn Ridge Road in the Town of Norwich on Jan. 10. State police located all 26 handguns and 6 long guns that were stolen. Gonzalez was identified as a suspect in connection with two break-ins at Mayhood’s within a nine hour period on Jan. 6 and 7. Also, State police arrested 25-year-old Brandy Bousson, of Norwich, for burglary, for her part in the gun burglaries at Mayhood’s. She was arraigned in the Norwich Town court and sent to Chenango County Jail with bail set at $250,000 cash.
