A New York City man was arrested in Owego this morning after he was found to be in possession of several packets of heroin. 28-year-old Donnell Grant was pulled over in his rental car for a vehicle traffic violation. After police discovered that he had been driving under a suspended license, officers found ninety packets of heroin and over $900 in cash. He is facing multiple felony drug charges, and was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. Tioga County Sheriff’s were assisted by the Endicott Police Department’s K-9 Unit.
