A man was struck by a car on Sunday afternoon after he tried helping a disabled vehicle on Route 17 West. According to the Vestal Police, the incident took place near Exit 67 around 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon. The man was taken to the hospital, and his injuries are unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
