State Police out of Kirkwood arrested a Vestal teen wanted on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Triangle on drug charges. 19-year-old Tessa Riveras was found to have heroin in her purse when she was arrested by troopers, and she was charged with another count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was issued a ticket for the Vestal charge, and then arraigned on the original arrest warrant and was sent to the Broome County Jail. Riveras is one of three local women charged recently by State Police on drug charges. In separate cases, 29-year-old Sandra Bolynn of Johnson City was charged for having marijuana and methamphetamine salts, and 52-year-old Terri Glosenger of Johnson City was charged after she was found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
