Nationwide Credit Incorporated is currently in the process of moving its call center location from Vestal to Endicott. The call center will be moving from its site at University Plaza along the Vestal Parkway to 1093 Clark Street in Endicott. NCI currently employs over 750 people working at both locations. NCI announced last spring that it would be bringing 300 jobs to the area, and NCI announced with NYSEG on Friday that 180 of those new jobs come as a result of a three-year pact between the two companies, in which NCI will perform credit and collection work for NYSEG. NCI also plans to hire 50 more customer service representatives, and all hiring is expected to take place through the Vestal office.
