An Endicott man is facing charges following a domestic dispute on Sunday. 20-year-old Jeffrey Hamm allegedly choked a woman and took her cell phone during an altercation at a home on Milan Avenue just before 5:30 Sunday morning. The incident is said to have taken place in front of Hamm and the woman’s child. State Police out of Endwell responded to the residence and charged Hamm with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail.
