A Tompkins County man was arrested by New York State Police after he is accused of making meth inside a home. 27-year-old Jason Harvey was taken into custody after police executed a search warrant at a home in Groton where they allegedly found methamphetamine. Harvey was arraigned in Groton Town Court and sent to the Tompkins County Jail on $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond. He is due back in court next week.
