A Town of Greene man has been indicted on charges of vehicular manslaughter after a crash earlier in the month killed his passenger. 22-year-old Bradley Goodrich is said to have a blood alcohol content over three times the legal limit when he crashed into a utility pole in Greene on March 7th. His passenger, 23-year-old Brandon Archer, also of Greene, was pronounced dead at the scene. Goodrich is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, along with other DWI-related charges. He faces up to 25 years in state prison if convicted of the aggravated vehicular homicide charge.
