A Waverly man has been arrested by Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies on a charge of aggravated harassment. According to police, 32-year-old Robert Corby Sr. was charged this past weekend following an investigation into a harassment complaint out of Barton. Corby allegedly sent unwanted text messages, and he is now set to appear in Barton Town Court next month.
