A Binghamton man pleaded guilty to a crime he committed two years ago. 26-year-old Joshua Launt pleaded guilty to charges of criminally negligent homicide. Launt is said to have struck 51-year-old Ronald Gilbert at a party in Kirkwood back in 2012, and after Gilbert was unconscious, Launt neglected to find medical treatment. Gilbert died from brain trauma. Launt is currently out on bail as he awaits sentencing on July 2nd.
