An Ulster man is facing thirty charges related to stealing thousands from the company at which he was laid off last year. 42-year-old Frederick Terrell has been charged with ten counts of unlawful theft by taking or disposition, ten counts of receiving stolen property, and ten counts of access device fraud. Terrell was laid off from Ardoit Field Services in April of last year, and starting in May, began using three of the company’s credit cards to make unauthorized purchases. Police say he used the cards over one hundred times, making purchases totaling over $8,300 at locations in Bradford County and New York. A preliminary hearing will be held on May 27th.
