A Binghamton man is facing charges of second-degree robbery and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic dispute on Thursday. 31-year-old Joshua Wheaton allegedly arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s home in Endwell to retrieve items, and while at the home, police say he demanded money, entered the home uninvited, and took the ex-girlfriend’s wallet. The incident took place in the presence of two young children before Wheaton left the scene with the wallet. He was located by police at his home shortly after and was taken into custody. He was arraigned in the Town of Union court and is awaiting further action in Broome County court.
