A man on parole in Endicott was arrested for selling heroin on two separate occasions. 44-year-old Keith Chance was taken into custody following a search of his East Main Street home. He was charged after police say he sold heroin to another person on two separate dates in April, once in Endicott and once in Binghamton. He was taken to the Broome County jail without bail, and is facing two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and violation of parole. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force was assisted by the New York State Parole office and the Endicott Police Department during the investigation.
