A Kirkwood woman allegedly drove drunk to the State Police barracks as she tried to report a complaint. 34-year-old April Florance arrived at the station when a desk trooper smelled alcohol on her breath when she spoke. Following an investigation, it was determined she had driven to the barracks while she was intoxicated and also in possession of marijuana. She was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated, along with a violation for the marijuana. She was arraigned and sent to the Broome County jail.
