A Wysox woman was arrested on a charge of theft by deception. 37-year-old Donna Anderson allegedly sold hundreds of aluminum cans to Towanda Iron and Sheet Metal last July, and many of the cans contained a large number of hypodermic needles, which increased the weight of the cans, leading to Anderson being given a higher price for the metal. She is due to appear in court on the charges next month.
