An Afton woman working as a housekeeper has been charged after she allegedly stole jewelry from homes she was hired to clean in Binghamton and Vestal. 45-year-old Kathleen Decker has been charged by police in both Binghamton and Vestal after an investigation was launched in March by Binghamton Police. She is facing two felony counts of third-degree grand larceny out of Binghamton, along with a felony count of third-degree and second-degree grand larceny out of Vestal.
