A Binghamton man was arrested by Johnson City Police on felony charges after he allegedly slashed his ex-girlfriend’s car tires. 46-year-old Seth West was involved in a dispute with the ex-girlfriend when the incident took place.
He is now facing a felony count of criminal mischief in the third degree. He was sent to the Broome County jail.
