An elderly woman reported that someone stole hundreds in cash from her wallet while she was at Memorial Hospital in Towanda. The 89-year-old woman said she left her wallet in a waiting room while she went to the restroom, and when she returned, $200 was missing. The incident is said to have occurred in the late morning of Thursday of last week. Anyone with further information should contact Pennsylvania State Police at 570-265-2186.
