Samaritan Counseling Centers can be found across the nation, with one of their main offices located nearby in Endicott, with a satellite office in Owego, inside the Owego Methodist Church. The center set up in the church after the flooding in 2011 damaged the former satellite office’s building. One of the Samaritan Counseling Center’s counselors, Alice O’Brien, stopped by the WEBO Morning Show today and discussed the Owego location, as well as counseling sessions she can offer. The counseling offered includes, but is not limited to, individual, couples, family, and children counseling. They’ve also begun to work with men and women who have returned home from war in Afghanistan or Iraq.
