Two Binghamton residents had arrest warrants issued for them by State Police at Towanda after they were charged with felony counts of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, along with a violation of the firearms act for an incident earlier in the month. Back on June 14th, 27-year-old William Finnerty and 31-year-old Jennifer Franks were allegedly involved in an incident on South Calaman Road in Columbia Township in which a firearm was stolen from a residence.
