The bust of a heroin delivery results in four Canton residents being arrested. The Bradford County Drug Task Force made the bust, and one of the police officers involved in the operation alleges that 45-year-old Barbara Kennedy of Canton said she was the biggest heroin dealer in the area. Also facing charges are 22-year-old Samantha Laudenslager, 58-year-old Thomas Rice, and Bobbi Rice, for whom no age was given. The four of them are due for preliminary hearings on July 9th. The investigation began back in early April when an undercover officer went to Kennedy and Laudenslager’s residence on Tioga Street in Canton. Now Kennedy is being charged with multiple felonies including delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy of delivery. Laudenslager is facing two felony conspiracy of delivery charges, among others. The charges for the Rices were not specified. Kennedy and Laudenslager were both sent to the Bradford County jail on $200,000 and $150,000 bail, respectively.
