A Waverly man was sent to jail after he was arrested on a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing. 47-year-old Harry Cohen was also charged with unlawful imprisonment and criminal mischief this past weekend after he was involved in a domestic incident with a woman. He was arraigned in Barton Town Court and remanded to the Tioga County jail on $5,000 bail. He is set to reappear in court next Tuesday.
