A Bradford County woman has been accused of choking a 3-year-old boy on July 5th. 23-year-old Katie Waite of Gillet, Pennsylvania allegedly choked the boy and left bruises around his neck. Waite was charged with simple assault and harassment, and was arraigned yesterday. The boy has since been removed from the home, and Waite has been released, awaiting further court proceedings.
