Two Endicott residents were arrested on July 18th and charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree. 25-year-old Mark Grassi, and 20-year-old Casey Flanders were arrested for allegedly stealing $1,000 in Baby formula from a Wal-Mart in Chenango County on July 15th and 17th. The two individuals were arrested on these grounds following a traffic stop in the Town of Oxford. Both were arraigned in Norwich Town Court and sent to the Chenango County Jail.
