The Johnson City Police Department arrested a Johnson City woman and a Binghamton woman for allegedly attempting to steal 203 items from the Johnson City Wal-Mart. 22-year-old Daniella J. Shepherd and 23-year-old Jacqueline M. Alvarez-Byrnes of Binghamton were both arrested and charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. The total value of the items the two individuals attempted to steal was said to be around $1300. Both were issued appearance tickets to the Village Court on August 13th.
