An Endicott woman was arrested on counts of burglary, grand larceny, and criminal mischief. On June 19th, 22-year-old Jamie M. Kubrak allegedly broke into a gas station in Candor, and stole $3,000 worth of Cigarettes and lottery tickets. Kubrak was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond.
