Early this morning, Binghamton Police arrested a Conklin woman following a traffic stop. 46-year-old Paulette Dykeman was arrested for driving while intoxicated, with a BAC level of 0.14%. After a brief investigation, authorities discovered that Dykeman was driving without a valid driver’s license and was also wanted by Pennsylvania authorities as a fugitive from justice on an active warrant. Dykeman was arrested without incident, and sent to the Broome County Jail, pending extradition proceedings to Pennsylvania.
