Just days before the deadline to register to vote in the General Election, students at SUNY Broome yesterday got better acquainted with some of the candidates who will appear on November’s ballot. Some of the candidates for Broome County Legislature answered students’ questions and talked priorities at the Student Center on campus. Questions yesterday focused on local politics, and where the candidates stand on local education issues. The deadline to register to vote in the November election is Friday.
