The Johnson City Police yesterday arrested Frederick Foster of Johnson City for Aggravated Criminal Contempt and Harassment. Foster was involved in a physical dispute with his ex girlfriend as she was leaving Walmart. Foster was in violation an order of protection that was in effect out of the Johnson City Village Court. Foster was arraigned in Village Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail.
