Senator Tom Libous will hold a news conference today to call on the New York State Gaming Commission and the Gaming Facility Location Board to reconsider the Southern Tier’s two applications for the fourth authorized casino license. The news conference will take place today at the Binghamton State Office Building on Hawley Street at 11am.
