New York State Police arrested an Endicott woman Saturday for DWI after responding to a vehicle facing the wrong way. Brooklyn Foster was arrested after police were notified there was a vehicle facing the wrong way in the center median, against the guide rail, on SR 17 eastbound in Hancock. Foster was found to have a blood alcohol content of .15. She was also charged with other traffic violations. Foster is scheduled to appear in the Village of Hancock Court on Feb. 4.
