One person is dead and one man is behind bars following an incident that took place in Sayre. Police say Dylan Connor was driving on South Wilbur Avenue when he struck an individual with his vehicle. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to Robert Packer Hospital where they were pronounced dead. Connor is charged with Homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, 2 counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, and other charges. He was arraigned yesterday and remanded to the Bradford County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail. Sayre Borough Police were assisted by Athens Borough Police and Athens Township Police.
