Multiple injuries were reported as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 11 in Kirkwood. According to authorities, a pick-up truck was turning into a driveway when it cut off a sedan. The driver of the car was forced into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting the truck, whereupon it collided head-on with another vehicle. The crash sent at least five people to the hospital, and closed down the heavily-travelled Route 11 for nearly an hour.
