Early yesterday morning, Binghamton Police were dispatched to FAHS Construction Group in Binghamton for a report of an industrial accident. Upon further investigation, it was found that 42-year-old Eric Willis of Nineveh died while backing an excavator out of a building. An autopsy has been scheduled.
