The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in identifying an individual recovered from the Susquehanna River Sunday night. The individual was identified by deputies as a Caucasian male, approximately 18 – 25 years old and 150 pounds. Sheriff’s deputies said the male has green and black tattoos across the knuckles of four of his fingers on each hand. The word FEAR is tattooed across his left set of knuckles. They also said he had the numbers 9, 2, 3, and 12 tattooed across the knuckles on his right hand. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information related to the investigation or the identity of the male is asked to call the Broome County Sheriff’s Office at 607-778-2053.
