An off-duty Tompkins County Sherriff’s Deputy has been arrested on multiple charges in connection to a domestic dispute. During the overnight hours of March 29th into March 30th, Deputy Jeremy Vann allegedly engaged in a domestic incident with a 22-year-old female at a residence in the Town of Enfield. Vann has been arrested on multiple charges , including assault, unlawful imprisonment, obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, as well as other various charges. Vann was arraigned in the Town of Enfield Court and sent to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond.
