A utility pole fire yesterday afternoon left 670 people without power in the Crestview Heights area of Endicott. At 4:15 an insulator failure caused the fire which was quickly put out by the Campville Fire Department. NYSEG crews were on scene last night and they report that power was restored to the area by 10 o’clock last night.
